We believe that when Black women have the confidence to pursue their dreams in aviation, they reach remarkable heights. By empowering Black women to enter and thrive in this industry, we’re inspiring future generations and building a legacy of excellence, diversity, and empowerment. Together, we aim to double Black women’s representation in aviation—from 1% to 2%.
Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to instill confidence in aspiring black women aviators, ensuring they have the self-assurance to pursue their dreams in the industry. We provide coaching/mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities that help build confidence, while also addressing any barriers or biases that may exist.
