This groundbreaking initiative immerses the next generation in the aviation industry through cutting-edge technology, hands-on STEM activities, career exploration zones, and direct engagement with industry leaders. Designed to ignite curiosity and expand access to aviation, Aero Xperience opens the doors to pathways many students never knew existed.

Aero Xperience: What We Deliver

Aero Xperience illuminates the extensive career pathways within aviation—from the thrill of the cockpit to the essential non-flight roles that keep the industry moving.

Students experience aviation through:

• Interactive STEM and engineering build stations

• Gaming and simulation labs, including VR and drone exploration

• Live industry demonstrations and aircraft displays

• “Career Conversations” and Q&A sessions with pilots, aircraft mechanics, engineers, dispatchers, drone operators, and more

• Exposure to aviation role models who reflect the future we are building

Our programming engages middle and high school students, educators, parents, community organizations, and municipal leaders across North Carolina and Delaware.

Our inaugural North Carolina Aero Xperience set a strong foundation—delivering immersive aviation learning to hundreds of students across Wake County.

✈️ Now Boarding: Delaware – March 2026

Aero Xperience returns to Delaware for a signature, statewide aviation celebration aligned with Delaware’s 2026 Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day.

This event will feature:

• Expanded hands-on STEM zones

• Aircraft tours, ramp experiences, and static displays

• Industry demonstrations across commercial, military, and corporate aviation

• Meet-the-Mechanic, Meet-the-Pilot, and Meet-the-Engineer career spotlights

• Workshops for youth, families, educators, and early-career professionals

• A special tribute honoring the Tuskegee Airmen

• Opportunities for schools and districts across the state to participate

With a projected reach of 600+ students, Delaware 2026 will be one of the largest aviation-access events in the state—cementing Aero Xperience as a national model for preparing the future workforce.
